Josh currently serves as the Operations Director at 2M Law in Whitby, where his focus is on growing the business, improving workflow efficiency, and aligning operations with strategic objectives. 

Additionally, Josh co-founded Hydra Search Group, an executive search firm specializing in the tech industry, which focuses on placing senior sales executives and engineers in emerging start-ups and mid-sized companies in various technology sectors including security, networking, storage, OT, IoT, AI, and big data/analytics. 

With eight years of experience teaching Business Studies in Hong Kong and at the Durham District School Board, Josh holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Western Ontario and is currently finishing his M.B.A.

Josh is deeply committed to community engagement, actively supporting grassroots charities through his involvement with the Durham Family Advisory Board. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf and hockey.
